A leading financial services company in Scotland is seeking an Employment Law & HR Officer to deliver essential HR and employment law support. You will provide guidance to clients, ensuring compliant practices, with opportunities for career progression through training. Strong research and communication skills are necessary, and prior experience in similar roles is advantageous. This is a 12-month position offering expansive learning potential.
Join us as an Employment Law & HR Officer
We’ll be looking to you to provide employment law and HR advice and guidance. You’ll identify opportunities to meet the needs of your client through bespoke services, and you’ll generate referrals for additional consultancy and training services, generating income through cross sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for someone with strong research skills and experience in a HR and employment law role. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to deliver and advise on statutory processes and procedures, so good communication skills will be key.
If you already have a qualification in employment law, HR qualification, this would be an advantage, although this is not essential, as we’ll support you to obtain this while in your role.
