The role involves leading on complex issues, advising high-level clients, and contributing to business development strategies. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, Senior Employment Associate to join a partner-led, London-based law firm to handle a broad ranging workload as a key member of a fast-growing Employment team
You will be advising a varied high level client base where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team
You will be expected to lead on complex employment law matters, advising clients (primarily employers) across a broad range of workplace issues contentious and non contentious
The work will include; Employment Tribunal claims, including strategy, case management, and preparation of evidence in addition to non-contentious work
The post holder will be expected to contribute to the firm's business development strategy, including identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships in addition to leading junior team members
To be considered for this rare opportunity, you will have 4-6 PQE handling an employment law workload with Employment Tribunal Experience
