Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking an Employment Hub Advisor to manage a caseload and help clients access targeted support programmes. You will assist with funding applications, identify development needs, and liaise with partner providers to enhance employability.

You will deliver enterprise skills training, engage with youth outreach activities, and promote the programme at events. Strong record-keeping and monitoring are essential for reporting to funders.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage with young people with the Young Peoples Employment Hub Champion via a range of engagement activities who might be interested in employment and entrepreneurship, which will involve them dealing with confidential information on a regular basis.5. Develop and deliver, with the aid of relevant partners, employment and enterprise skills programmes relating to the Big 13 Enterprise skills to enable the individual to become a more enterprising person.6. Attend and present at relevant meetings, networking and events to promote the programme and provide support to companies attending. Assisting in the delivery of workshops including online, individual and group training sessions and where appropriate advise clients on the programme’s aims and objectives.7. Record client activities in a timely and accurate manner using appropriate systems and advise clients on budgets.8.
