Job Description

You'll be part of a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in the firm's full-service offering. The work is diverse and intellectually stimulating, spanning:

  • Strategic employment advisory and compliance
  • High-profile litigation and dispute resolution
  • Employment aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions
  • Regulatory investigations and senior executive matters
  • Collective labour issues, including union and works council negotiations
  • ESG, diversity and inclusion, and remuneration governance

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm and client organisations, contributing to some of the most significant mandates in the market.

The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Background in a top-tier City or national employment practice
  • Strong exposure to advisory, litigation, and transactional matters
  • Familiarity with financial services regulation (e.g. SMCR, remuneration code)
  • England & Wales qualified (or equivalent) with solid UK employment law expertise
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • A commercial, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
