Employment Associate – Aberdeen (1–6 PQE)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Associate (1–6 years PQE) to join the Aberdeen office of a globally renowned law firm. This role offers exposure to complex and high-profile employment matters, both domestic and international, within a team consistently ranked among the top employment law practices in the UK.

The Role

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team advising blue-chip clients across sectors. The work is varied and includes:

  • Strategic employment law advice
  • High-value complex claims
  • Cross-border and international projects
  • Executive-level issues including restrictive covenants and remuneration packages
  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions including M&A and outsourcing
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 1yearpost-qualification experience in employment law within a commercial practice
