Red 5 People is hiring multiple Employment Advisors for a large charity with long-term funded contracts in London boroughs including Ealing and surrounding areas. You'll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist and work across partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts, with all travel paid.
You will manage about 25 participants, provide tailored support, and build relationships with employers.

They've just launched a brand-new, long-term funded contract and are now looking to hire a number of Employment Advisors.
We are recruiting for roles in Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Harrow, Brent, Barnet, and Hammersmith & Fulham.
You'll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment. Rather than being office-based, you'll hot-desk across various partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts. All travel is paid (except your normal commute from home to your first and last location of the day).
You'll typically manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities.
Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands-on guidance from your Team Leader in the community.
We're looking for people who have either worked as an Employment Advisor before, or who have experience in a sales-focused role (such as recruitment or B2B sales), or experience supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals. Graduates with relevant experience (paid or voluntary) are also welcome to apply.
Interviews will take place on 28th Aug 2026 - expect a full day for this!
The salary scale is £33,799 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience.
Please note: this is a permanent, full-time, community-based role (no home working). You'll need to live within easy reach of the mentioned locations (within an hour). Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
