A leading employability service provider in the Greater London area is seeking an Employment Adviser to support participants in overcoming barriers to employment. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload, deliver tailored support, and possess excellent customer service and motivational skills. We're currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our amazing team. You will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
You’ll manage a caseload of participants, guiding their journey to employment as coach, mentor and principal trusted contact to build strong positive relationships, motivate and challenge them to secure sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target‑driven and a motivational adviser. You’ll have a high level of initiative and motivation, the ability to seek out solutions to problems, and be able to work under pressure without day‑to‑day supervision. We’re looking for someone who can provide first‑class customer service, driven by our overarching aim to empower lives and improve communities.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience).

37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
