Gallagher is seeking a skilled Employer Liability and Public Liability Claims Handler on a contract basis in the United Kingdom. You will manage defence claims up to £100,000, conduct investigations, and liaise with clients, claimants and solicitors to secure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage employer and public liability claims up to £100,000.
• Investigate claims and gather evidence.

• Ensure MOJ guidelines and legal requirements are met.
• Interpret policy coverage and liabilities to decide actions.
• Prepare detailed claim documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide regular updates to brokers and insureds.
• Stay informed on industry and legal developments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
