Job summary

Ingeus is recruiting an Employer Engagement Consultant to build strong employer relationships and create a pipeline of roles for the Youth Jobs Guarantee across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

You will develop meaningful vacancies and use a consultative approach to recruit suitable opportunities for young people, while meeting targets and ensuring compliance. This is a site and community based role with potential travel between areas.

Qualifications

• Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development or sales.
• Able to manage a pipeline, hit targets and convert conversations into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong employer pipeline and engage businesses across the region.
• Create meaningful, suitable roles meeting employer needs for youth opportunities.
• Use a consultative approach to understand workforce challenges and recruitment solutions.
• Promote inclusive recruitment and flexible approaches for employers.
• Support matching and onboarding to connect young people to roles.
• Represent Ingeus at employer forums and networking events.
• Deliver against targets with accurate CRM records and forecasting.
• Maintain quality and compliance with safeguarding and data requirements.
