Job summary

Shooters Hill Sixth Form College is seeking an enthusiastic Employer Engagement & Work Experience Coordinator to bridge education and employment, coordinating placements and building valuable employer partnerships. You will connect learners with employers to create meaningful work experiences and skills development.

The role requires excellent networking and communication to develop opportunities and ensure placements deliver positive outcomes for learners, within a 39-week, term-time

  • Salary: SO1 – Starting at £33,348 (FTE £38,256)

  • Contract: Full time, term time only at 39 weeks
