Job summary

Catch22 is seeking an Employer Engagement professional in London to build and sustain relationships with employers, identifying suitable vacancies for National Jobs Guarantee participants. Qualifications

• Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above, or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach and build relationships with employers across the designated London contract area through prospecting, visits, networking and referrals.
• Understand workforce needs, recruitment challenges and opportunities to recruit young people through the National Jobs Guarantee.
• Secure a steady pipeline of paid roles that meet programme requirements and participant needs.
• Obtain job descriptions, locations, hours, pay, start dates and onboarding requirements; filter out unsuitable opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of employer contacts, vacancy details and forecast start dates.
