Job summary

Dudley College of Technology is seeking an ambitious Employer Engagement Manager to join our growing team in Dudley. You will work closely with employers, industry partners and curriculum teams to build and maintain strong business relationships and identify skills and training needs.

You will create opportunities across apprenticeships, industry placements and bespoke training, helping employers grow their workforces while supporting individuals to succeed. Closing date 2 October 2026.
