What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the Employer Engagement function to support ambitious employment and skills delivery targets.
  • Develop and implement an integrated Employer Engagement strategy in collaboration with the Employer & Training Relationships Manager.
  • Recruit and maintain a diverse network of employers to provide employment and work experience opportunities for participants.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with businesses and partner agencies to expand the reach and impact of Working Denbighshire.
  • Ensure the employment offer is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with local workforce needs.
