The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Help to deliver an overarching Employer Brand strategy for EY in the UK that closes brand gaps, improves brand attributes and builds a community of engaged prospective talent, particularly for the experienced hire audience.
• Lead on projects and take ownership of the delivery of specific employer brand activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand business objectives and context to deliver employer brand activities that align with the broader employer brand direction.
• Be an active part of the employer brand team – creating a collaborative and supportive environment with a positive learning culture.
• Support and coach members of the team, helping them develop their skills and experience within employer brand.
• Support recruitment and candidate engagement teams with the tools, guidance and training required, allowing them to be the most powerful brand ambassadors that they can be.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to proactively deliver specific employer brand activities across the year.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge and insights of recruiting, talent, and employer brand trends to influence conversations and be a trusted subject‑matter expert.
• Support the team with developing content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and recruitment materials, to promote our employer brand.
• Support with reporting and measurement to demonstrate the impact of activity on employer brand metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

• Advanced knowledge of employer brand principles, including an understanding of employer value propositions.
• Proven experience in delivering marketing or employer branding campaigns, demonstrating impact through measurement.
• Project management skills and navigating multiple requests.
• Experience working with media and creative agencies.
• Ability to build productive relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will be an active listener – but able to give guidance as a trusted expert.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared objectives.
• Work under pressure in a complex business, demonstrating resilience.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience of working in an employer brand team, ideally in a professional services or large matrix‑structure environment.
