Employer Brand Senior Advisor - UKI BMC - Permanent - UKWide
The opportunity

We need to attract talent to serve our clients across our service lines: Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon and Tax. Employer brand activations play a crucial part in this. In a fast‑paced world where candidate behaviour is continually changing and with more career choices than ever before, we need to articulate why EY should be the employer of choice. This is an exciting opportunity for an employer brand professional to help reframe how talent views us and land our employer value proposition to ensure that we’re a place where they want to build their careers.

Your key responsibilities
  • Deliver an overarching Employer Brand strategy for EY in the UK that closes brand gaps, improves brand attributes and builds a community of engaged prospective talent, particularly for the early‑careers audience, though this may expand to other audiences.
  • Support recruitment and candidate engagement teams with the tools, guidance and training required, allowing them to be powerful brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to proactively deliver employer‑brand activities across the year.
  • Be an active part of the employer brand team, creating a collaborative and supportive environment with a positive learning culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure consistent branding efforts and shared objectives, and maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge and insights of recruiting, talent and employer‑brand trends to influence conversations and be a trusted SME.
  • Support the team with developing content for various channels, including social media, career websites and recruitment materials, to promote our employer brand.
  • Support with reporting and measurement to demonstrate the impact of activity on employer‑brand metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Knowledge of employer brand principles, including an understanding of employer value propositions.
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing or employer branding campaigns, demonstrating impact through measurement.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. Active listening and the ability to give guidance as a trusted expert.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared objectives.
  • Work under pressure in a complex business, demonstrating resilience.
  • Able to respond well to change.
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Experience of working in an employer brand team, ideally in a professional services or large matrix‑structured environment.
