A community support organization in the City of London is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to enhance the employee experience by providing expert advice and support. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with policies, mentor People Advisers, and manage complex employee relations cases. Essential skills include knowledge of employment law and functional HR expertise. Benefits include 28 days annual leave, enhanced parental leave, and flexible working opportunities.
