Job description
Job Title: Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Llangefni (1-2 days a week in the office)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,000

Are you an experienced Senior ER Advisor who thrives in fast-paced, hands‑on environments?

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing a proactive, legally compliant, and solutions‑focused HR advisory service to managers across all areas of people management.
  • Guiding and supporting managers through a range of HR processes, including grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance, and reward matters.
  • Acting as the key escalation point for complex employee relations cases, offering clear and pragmatic guidance.
  • Managing HR queries efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses within the team.
  • Supporting business change projects, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy consultations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on employee relations trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with the HR Leadership Team on key strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Travelling to sites and branches as required to provide hands‑on HR support.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven background managing a broad range of employee relations and casework issues.
  • Experience supporting organisational change projects, including TUPE and redundancy processes.
  • Strong understanding of working with multi‑site or customer‑facing teams across diverse locations.
  • Confidence in preparing for and responding to Employment Tribunal cases.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
  • CIPD qualification (or currently working towards / open to studying).
