Employee Relations Specialist

Location: Feltham (Hybrid Working Available)

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to manage complex workforce matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
  • Support managers in handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters effectively.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation across the organization.
  • Collaborate on projects involving workforce engagement and organizational change.
  • Ideally, bring knowledge of European employment frameworks to support our international operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in employee relations within a multi-site or multi-country environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law; European employment law experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality at all times.
