Employee Relations Policy Advisor — Royal Mail, Sheffield, United Kingdom. Job reference 332811. Full time, permanent, 35 hours a week. Salary: Competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates. Location: Royal Mail, Pond Street, Sheffield, S98 6HR. Hybrid working – you will be expected to attend the office 2/3 days per week, to include Wednesdays & Thursdays.
