Job summary

Your World is seeking an experienced HR professional to work with senior managers, delivering specialist, high-quality advice and guidance on operational HR issues in line with employment law and Trust policies in Cambridge.

The temporary role runs for about six months with possible extension, offering 37.5 hours per week and pay rates up to £29 per hour umbrella or £25 PAYE. Office-based in Cambridge with 9am-5pm hours, ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR case work and advise managers on terms and conditions of employment.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies and employment legislation to avoid litigation risk.
• Attend formal meetings with operational managers in accordance with Trust policies.
