Are you an experienced Employee Relations specialist looking for your next challenge? My client is seeking a confident and capable Employee Relations Lead to join their dynamic HR Business Partnering team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Based in Basingstoke, this role offers a hybrid working model, combining office and home-based flexibility. Occasional travel to other offices or offsite locations will be required, so access to transport and a willingness to travel is essential.
Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Manager, you’ll lead a team of six HR Advisors, delivering expert employee relations support across the organisation. You’ll collaborate closely with the Employee Relations Capability Partner and HR Business Partners to resolve complex cases, drive positive outcomes, and uphold the organisation’s values.
You’ll bring hands‑on experience in employee relations, with a proven track record of coaching managers through complex cases. Ideally, you’ll be CIPD qualified or working towards it.
