Linsco is recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Investigator for a large public sector client in London. The role covers formal investigations, reporting, and presenting findings at hearings, with hybrid working (2-3 days on-site).

The ideal candidate will have significant ER investigations experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR training. Suitable for interim professionals seeking a 6–12 month rolling contract.

Formación

• Significant experience conducting complex workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, ER practices and ACAS guidance.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing cases.
• Proven ability to produce investigation reports and present findings at formal hearings.
• Excellent interviewing, analytical and report-writing skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience, alongside relevant investigation training.

Responsabilidades

Employee Relations Investigator

£283.24 per day (Umbrella) | 6-12 Month Rolling Contract | Hybrid Working | East London

We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Investigator to join a large public sector organisation on an initial rolling contract, with the potential for 6-12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR/ER professional with a proven track record of conducting complex workplace investigations, managing sensitive employment matters and producing detailed investigation reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct formal investigations into complex disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing and conduct matters.
• Act as an independent and impartial Investigating Officer.
