A large investment management company in London is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to provide expert support and advice across the UK and Ireland. The role involves managing Employee Relations matters, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with UK and Irish Employment Law. Ideal candidates have proven experience in ER functions and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This position offers a flexible work model combining remote and office work.

Employee Relations Consultant

Employee Relations Consultant required by large Investment Management Company, based in London (FLEX WORK FROM HOME AND OFFICE) to provide expert support and advice to the business divisions and corporate functions throughout the UK and Ireland ensuring the effective management of internal and external Employee Relations matters and ER related risks (eg legal, financial and reputational).

In your role, you will strive for commercial and thoughtful solutions while also building manager capability and fostering engagement within our employee population. This is an exciting role someone wishing to further develop their Employee Relations expertise.

Skills/Knowledge required
  • Proven experience working in a fast faced ER function (Financial services experience preferable).
  • Proven experience managing ER Cases.
  • Experience navigating a global organization and Matrix structures.
  • Ideally - Knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Law.
