We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Employee Relations (ER) Case Consultant on a 9–12 month secondment or fixed term contract basis. In this role, you’ll be part of an empowered and strategic centre of expertise, working closely with People Managers across DLG to provide expert guidance on a wide range of people-related matters.
This secondment is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves to roll their sleeves up and has a strong foundation in HR principles, good working knowledge of our internal policies, and the confidence to navigate complex cases with support from the ER team.
