A leading insurance provider in England seeks an Employee Relations Consultant to provide expert HR guidance. This role involves advising on various ER issues and supporting managers with HR queries. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background and excellent communication skills. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Employee Relations (ER) Case Consultant on a 912‑month secondment or fixed‑term contract. This role will see you part of an empowered and strategic centre of expertise working closely with People Managers across DLG to provide expert guidance on a wide range of people‑related matters.
This secondment is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves to roll their sleeves up and has a strong foundation in HR principles, a good working knowledge of our internal policies and the confidence to navigate complex cases with support from the ER team.
Our hybrid model offers a best‑of‑both‑worlds approach. When you’ll be in the office depends on your role and team but colleagues spend at least two days a week in the office.
