Qualifications

  • Strong experience as an incentives lawyer, either a legal director ready for first-step partnership or established partner.
  • Demonstrable experience in UK tax-advantaged share schemes and wider incentives advisory.
  • Ability to build client relationships with a commercial and solutions-focused mindset.

Full-service UK firm is seeking an ambitious incentives lawyer (either established partner or legal director ready for first step partnership) to join its growing Employee Incentives practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leading role within a nationally recognised firm with a strong collegiate culture and a clear growth strategy.

Working alongside the firm's Corporate and Employment teams, you will advise high-growth companies, established corporates, and founders on the full range of incentives matters — including EMI, CSOP and growth share plans, LTIPs, bonus arrangements, carried interest and management incentive structuring, plus cross-border incentive issues.

This role offers a platform to build and grow your own practice, supported by a strong existing client base, an entrepreneurial leadership team, and excellent partner-level infrastructure.

Looking for:
  • A technically strong incentives lawyer either a legal director ready for first-step partnership or established partner
  • Experience in UK tax-advantaged share schemes and wider incentives advisory
  • Demonstrable experience building client relationships, with a commercial and solutions-focused mindset
  • A collaborative approach and appetite to contribute to practice development and mentoring
