A government weather agency is seeking an Employee Experience Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues throughout their employee lifecycle. This full-time, temporary position (6 months with potential for permanence) encourages hybrid working patterns. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, experience in customer service, and a passion for continuous improvement. The role offers a total reward package of up to £40,524 annually, including a strong pension scheme and generous annual leave.

As our Employee Experience Associate the job may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in the office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and the location advertised will be your contractual place of work.
Our opportunity is full time, 37 hours per week, but we would also consider applicants wishing to work a minimum of 32 hours per week and we will also try our best to consider those intending to work a job share. Our people are at the heart of what we do and we'll do our best to agree a working pattern that works for everyone.
Whilst this is a temporary position for 6 months, there is potential for it to develop into a permanent position.

You will deliver excellent customer service and provide proactive support to guide our colleagues and managers through their employee lifecycle processes. Working as part of the employee experience team you will respond to and resolve a wide range of enquiries from across the organisation to contribute to making it a great place to work.
