£24,832.68 per annum (rising to £26,139.69 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Employee Compliance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver an effective compliance administrative service that supports both customer and organisational needs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining efficient processes, providing clear guidance to managers and colleagues, and supporting stakeholder relationships to ensure high standards of customer care.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation and records
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on compliance matters
• Coordinate cross‑departmental communication to ensure compliance standards are met
• Assist with internal audits and external regulatory reviews
• Monitor changes in regulations and recommend procedural updates
• Proven experience in administration and customer service
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Understanding of compliance processes and regulatory frameworks is preferred but not required
