Job summary

Mercer Marsh Benefits in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join our Commercial Consulting Team. This hybrid role requires collaboration with a team of experts while also enjoying remote work. The position can be based in multiple UK cities including Southampton.

You will develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, drive profitable revenue, and build strong client relationships to win new business and meet account plans.

• Previous Healthcare or Group Risk related experience.
• Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills).
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Inter-personal, communication and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
