Role Description

This full-time, on-site Employee Benefits Consultant role is based in Norwich. Our Employee Benefits Consultants advise corporate and individual clients on employee benefits programs, including pensions, protection, ridk, and other workplace benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing existing benefit schemes, recommending improvements, and preparing clear proposals and reports. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their objectives and workforce needs, and delivering tailored benefit solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices. Our Employee Benefits Consultants also liaise with providers, support implementation of new schemes, and provide ongoing client service and guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, with the ability to design, review, and manage workplace benefits programs.
• Consulting skills, including needs analysis, solution design, and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Insurance products relevant to employee benefits, such as life, health, and income protection but not limited to.
• High-quality Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, clear communication, and responsiveness.
• Understanding of UK pensions and benefits regulations, or willingness to develop this knowledge quickly.
• Relevant professional CII qualifications and minimum 5 years experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage multiple client portfolios, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in standard office software and comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
