We're looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team – someone with a strong understanding of employee benefits who can build trusted client relationships, generate new opportunities, and help shape the delivery of our corporate proposition at Mattioli Woods.

This is a great opportunity to take on a role with strategic influence, working with key stakeholders to drive the growth and development of our people, services, and client offering, while helping to provide a framework for future business expansion.

What you’ll be doing

Working with our Employee Benefits team to support our multinational clients with an SME presence in the UK, providing employee benefits advice tailored to each client’s needs. You will build and maintain long‑term client relationships through quality service and trusted advice, generate new business opportunities by targeting SME clients, collaborate across the business, and draw on the expertise of colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes. You will keep up to date with current legislation, market trends, and products to provide the best possible guidance, review existing client arrangements, advise on appropriate changes, and ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal policies. You will also motivate and support team members to deliver excellence and embody the Mattioli Woods ethos.

What we’re looking for
