Addysg Oedolion Cymru - Adult Learning Wales is seeking highly skilled tutors to deliver Employability courses in Swansea and surrounding areas. You will plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess learning programmes, working independently and with the regional team to meet learner needs and funding requirements.
The role involves lesson planning, learner support and contributing to quality procedures, with opportunities to engage in bilingual delivery and professional development.
Salary scale at: £32 per hour (including holiday pay)

We have a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled, qualified tutors to deliver Employability courses to learners in Ystradgynlais, Swansea, and Neath Port Talbot. You will plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess courses and learning programmes in accordance with learner needs and Adult Learning Wales’s Quality Procedures, in support of delivering high quality learning.
The Tutor role is a diverse, hands on role where you will be working independently and also with the regional team.

As part of the interview process you will be asked to deliver a 15 minute microteach session, and to provide a lesson plan, scheme of work, and any resources for this session.
