up to £30k plus 26 days holidays, bank holidays, pension, 45p per mile, support, Xmas close down plus birthday off, family friendly policies, Eligibility for Costco Wholesale membership, Discounts on Arriva bus travel, Eyecare, low cost hairdressing, barbering and beauty treatments, discounted childcare services

Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire Homebased for travel purposes only, all travel out to deliver is reimbursed at 45p per mile.

Our fast growing training provider are seeking passionate and dynamic Employability Tutors to join their team. If you’re an inspiring educator who brings energy, creativity, and commitment to your teaching, we want to hear from you. You’ll be delivering short, impactful courses to unemployed residents across Herts, Beds, and Bucks, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce. This role involves both the delivery and assessment of a range of Level 1 programmes and qualifications, with a particular focus on digital skills and supporting learners facing barriers to employment. You will be teaching to groups aged 19+ with class sizes of 12-18. Courses range from Job Clubs to SWAPs to Tailored learning Niche provision.
