We have an amazing home-based opportunity, travelling across Southeast with all expenses covered, to support and encourage disengaged adult learners to learn and personally and professionally grow through appropriate Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) throughout their learning journey, and to track their destination post-programme.

This role provides people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance, offering services to support them both in custody and across the community. You will equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and sense of purpose for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending.

If you have experience in, or would like to be trained in, providing Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG), this role is perfect for you.

Requirements
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service IAG/Coaching
  • Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work towards the awarding body standards
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Drivers license
