Job summary

Coedffr anc Primary School in Wales is seeking an excellent Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join a skilled staff team and support pupils with complex learning needs in our BESD Assessment Centre.

You will work under the direct supervision of the class teacher, bringing calm, empathy and reliability, and helping to build positive connections with pupils and adults. Enhanced DBS is required, with EWC registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with pupils who have complex learning needs.
• Calm, empathic, resilient and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Able to work collaboratively and under supervision of the class teacher.

Responsibilities

• Work within our BESD Assessment Centre.
• Receive instruction under the direct supervision of the class teacher.
• Contribute to building positive connections with pupils and adults.
