Runwood Homes is seeking a confident and compassionate Customer Liaison Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, and the public. This telephone-based role requires professional, friendly and efficient service, directing enquiries to the appropriate team.

You will arrange visits, liaise with care home staff, maintain accurate records, and deliver an empathetic, customer-focused experience in every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, or other customer-facing roles.
• Excellent telephone manner and confident, professional communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good IT skills, comfortable using email and Microsoft Office applications.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries from prospective residents, families and the public.
• Provide accurate information about Runwood Homes and the services offered.
• Arrange and coordinate care home visits for prospective residents and their families.
• Liaise with care home teams to ensure enquiries are managed promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and follow-up actions.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, customer-focused experience on every interaction.
• Remain calm and supportive when handling sensitive conversations.
