Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations related to arrears and repayments.
• Support customers with appropriate repayment solutions based on their circumstances.
• Deliver fair treatment to vulnerable customers in line with regulatory expectations.
• Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to support improvements.
