Job summary

RSM UK is investing in its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice. The EPM Manager will lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations, guiding discovery, design, configuration and deployment while partnering with the EPM Director to grow client delivery.

This hands-on, client-facing role combines project leadership, solution design, technical delivery and business development. You will build trusted client relationships, run workshops, manage scope and risk, and

We are investing in the growth of our UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice. This is a key role working alongside the EPM Director to lead high‑quality client delivery across Adaptive from Workday, while helping to grow our market presence through business development, demonstrations and events.

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role combining project leadership, solution design, technical configuration, and business development. The EPM Manager will lead implementations from discovery through deployment and handover while personally contributing to technical delivery.

You will make an impact by

• Leading end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and handover.
• Developing and presenting business requirements, functional designs, solution mock‑ups and other key project deliverables.
• Designing scalable and maintainable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, financial reporting, and management analysis, with appropriate consideration for data integrity and the broader Adaptive from Workday environment.
• Building trusted client relationships, lead requirements workshops, and translate business needs into EPM solutions.
• Managing project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Supporting business growth through demonstrations, proposals, engagement scoping, account development and identifying opportunities across RSM’s wider services.
• Providing engagement‑level coaching and technical guidance to consultants, reviewing work for accuracy, completeness and quality.
• Contributing reusable demonstrations, templates, methods and other assets that strengthen the practice’s delivery and sales capabilities.
• Collaborating with EPM colleagues globally to deliver consistent, effective engagements.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations, supported by a current Adaptive from Workday certification.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops, gather and challenge requirements, and translate business needs into effective system designs and configurations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, scenario planning, management reporting and financial statements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior Finance and HR leaders.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects while balancing client outcomes, quality and business priorities.
