Job summary

Catch22 is seeking a dedicated professional to support service users in managing emotions and building life skills across the Dorset area. The role involves working with delivery partners and multi-agency teams to deliver interventions.

You will work with partners including HMPPS and voluntary sector to promote services and achieve outcomes, while adhering to safeguarding and vetting requirements. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Dorset.
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Experience with people in the Criminal Justice System and/or disadvantaged people.
• Knowledge of local partners and statutory agencies/related services.
• Understanding of risk assessment and management.
• Understanding of safeguarding adults and children.
• Understanding of emotional well-being support principles.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and deliver interventions to foster self-confidence.
• Help service users increase capacity for daily living activities.
• Encourage engagement with multi-agency partners for treatment and other professionals/services.
• Collaborate with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector and Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver services.
