A leading health and care service provider in Salisbury is seeking an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to support children and young people experiencing various issues such as anxiety and depression. The role requires holding a caseload, delivering therapeutic interventions, and working either in-person or remotely. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience, contributing to the community's wellbeing efforts.

HCRG Care Group Wiltshire Children and Young People’s emotional wellbeing service are currently seeking a passionate and experienced children and young person's counsellor to work in the team. You will provide support to children and young people who may be experiencing a range of issues, such as but not limited to anxiety, gender dysphoria, depression, family problems and self-harm. Support will be provided in person and/or remotely depending on the clients’ needs.
This role is part of the wider wellbeing team who offer early support such as group work and positive activities with the aim of preventing escalation to more specialist CAMHS services.
You will have an active caseload of children and young people within the ‘getting help’ sphere of support and will use evidence-based therapeutic models. Low intensity, early interventions will be delivered in a range of settings and will include parental and family support.
