Polaris Community's Sutherland Hall School in Tamworth is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to support pupils with SEMH and/or autism, promote positive learning behaviours, and assist in lessons with pastoral needs.
Working within the education team, you will deliver ELSA sessions, help remove barriers to learning, liaise with parents and carers, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment for students aged 5 to 18.
