Job summary

A leading environmental consultancy in Cardiff is seeking Assistant Project Managers to join their Environmental Project Management team. In this role, you will assist in delivering multi-disciplinary environmental projects, ensure project documentation is accurate, and work collaboratively with various teams. Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in land-based sustainable development.
  • Experience in a Project or PMO environment is preferred.
  • Confidence in communication through various channels.
  • Ability to learn new skills and problem-solve.
  • Relevant qualifications in environment or project management.
  • Awareness of commercial and contractual processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project proposals.
  • Assist in project management documentation.
  • Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress.
  • Ensure health and safety information is in place.
  • Schedule meetings and track action items.
  • Manage information via Common Data Environments.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Assist in administration of supplier contracts.
