As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you come with relevant experience selling Emerging Enterprise companies ranging from $250m to $1B in revenue. You are a hunter with superb prospecting skills and passion for acquiring new logos. Your informed point of view on Big Data and Advanced Analytics will guide your successful sales strategy together with our teams and partners, allowing you to provide value to our biggest and most valued customers.

  • Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources
  • Build a plan for success internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts.
What we look for:
  • 2 years of closing experience selling SaaS / Cloud or Big Data solutions to Mid Market Customers in the UK.
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English is required.
