Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Norfolk, England seeks an Apprentice Engineer Maintenance Technician. You will learn under supervision, assisting with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems in commercial buildings. The program includes studying towards a Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Technician apprenticeship at College of West Anglia, with site visits across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above; grade 5 in Maths required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good attendance, self-discipline and time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist electrical engineers with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections of electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams and blueprints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in compliance with standards.
