Job summary

The Junior Agent at DMB drives growth of the artist roster, production services and client partnerships. The role combines proactive sales outreach with day‑to‑day admin, artist management and strong progression opportunities tied to performance.

Based in East London, you’ll work in the studio with a minimum of three in‑office days weekly. Salary is £32,000 per year plus discretionary bonus/commission; benefits include a company pension and a work laptop.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in photography, sales, talent management and the wider advertising and creative/media industries.
• Self-motivated with proactive outreach and development of new relationships.
• Confident communicator representing the company to clients.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to balance multiple tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Mac & Google literate; proficient with email, spreadsheets and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: secure external meetings weekly, research and contact potential clients and territories, and prepare sales materials.
• Artist & Agent Support: assist in artist treatments, update portfolios, and support promotion and client follow-ups.
• Administrative & Marketing Support: manage website content, newsletters, and social media posting.
