Job summary

Vets Now presents Cutting Edge, an 8‑week training programme designed to prepare you for a rewarding Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) career. The 8 weeks include 250 hours of CPD and hands-on sessions, with a structured rota and accommodation during training at our Central Support hub in Scotland.

After training, you will join an ECC clinic on a full‑time, permanent basis, with rotas offering 30–40 hours per week and balanced scheduling to support wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Six months’ small animal experience and confidence in consulting with clients.
• Ability to perform routine surgical procedures sole charge.

Responsibilities

• Consult and perform routine surgical procedures on small animals.
• Develop ECC skills through Cutting Edge training and clinics.
• Work across UK clinics as part of the programme.
