A roadside assistance service provider in England is seeking a technician to assist members in need. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience providing customer-oriented services. Responsibilities include driving to service locations, performing various roadside assistance tasks, and maintaining equipment. Since 1902, AAA Hoosier Motor Club, headquartered in Indianapolis, provides membership benefits including emergency roadside assistance, retail discounts and a variety of products and services for its 400,000 members across Indiana. It also operates a full-service travel agency and an insurance agency which markets and sells auto, home and life insurance. Hoosier Motor Club has 300 employees and operates 11 retail branch offices including seven in metro Indianapolis as well as Bloomington, Clarksville, Lafayette, Muncie, and Terre Haute. And it is an affiliate of the American Automobile Association (AAA), the largest motoring and leisure travel organization in North America with more than 60 million members.
Service members and other customers who contact AAA Hoosier Motor Club for roadside assistance. Drives to location of member to perform services.

Must pass a physical abilities test and a DOT physical upon being hired to perform duties of the Tow Technician level.
Working in a Fleet garage setting with tools and vehicles. Noise levels, odors and temperatures will vary. Also, may be required to perform driving duties which include working alone outside in a variety of changing weather conditions including rain, snow, sleet, fog, ice, wind, during the day and night hours. Driving and working in hazardous traffic conditions in a variety of geographic locations from urban to rural.
Education and Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Valid Driver’s license w/ For Hire endorsement, required, and driver record in accordance with the AAA Associate Driver Safety Guide and Standard.
Experience: One to three months' related experience or training preferred, but not required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
