Qualifications

• Current NMC or HCPC Registration.
• Practising Emergency Practitioner.
• Evidence of formal and ongoing CPD in a relevant specialist area.
• Teaching qualification or equivalent teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs, implement new clinical pathways, and maintain compliance with essential education requirements.
• Act as a professional role model, maintaining clinical competence and supporting service improvement.
• Lead and mentor staff, providing coaching and feedback to drive high-quality patient care and safety.
