Operations Resources - Recruitment seeks an Emergency Lighting Service Engineer / Emergency Lighting Tester to test and maintain emergency lighting in social housing across Northeast London and Essex. The role involves testing and swapping faulty lights on existing circuits in blocks of flats.

The position is full-time with a company van, uniform and tools supplied. Essential qualifications include City and Guilds Level 2, EML testing experience with certification, a full manual UK driving

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 2 required.
• Experience in testing emergency lighting (EML) and obtaining EML certification.
• Full manual UK driving licence with 1+ year driving experience and over 21 years old.
• A clean DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain emergency lighting in social housing environments.
• Test and swap faulty lights on existing emergency lighting circuits.
• Cover Northeast London and Essex, often in blocks of flats.

Emergency Lighting Service Engineer / Emergency Lighting Tester

Looking for a couple of experience Electrician / Electrical Improver level candidates to undertake testing of and / or maintenance of EML in social housing environments across Northeast London and Essex.

The work is to test and swap faulty lights on existing emergency lighting circuits in mostly blocks of flats. This role mostly covers the E, IG, RM area.

The role is full time permanent with business expensed company van, uniform, tools etc.

EML Testing Engineer - £36 - £40000 + company Van depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum:

• City and Guilds Level 2.
• Experience - EML testing and EML certification.
• full manual UK drivers licence, with 1 years + driving experience and over 21 years old.
