A leading housing services provider is seeking an Emergency Home Responder in Gloucester. This role requires providing critical on-call support during emergencies. Candidates must have a UK driving license and live in the area, exhibiting compassion and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible shifts, comprehensive training, and a competitive standby and call-out payment structure.

As an Emergency Home Responder you will be at the heart of providing critical support to our customers when they need it most. Whether you are assessing an emergency situation or offering reassurance and comfort, your role will be dynamic and hands‑on. At all times you must offer reassurance and make our customers as comfortable as possible.
Working from home you will be on call for the duration of your shift and attend emergency calls in the Gloucestershire area when directed by our Control Centre.
We provide comprehensive training in all aspects of the role, including moving and handling of customers who have fallen, performing risk assessments, First Aid and the use of all equipment.
